Gems

Gems are items that are used as optional addons to enhance an existing custom item.

There are three gems: the Infernal Core, the other Infernal Core, and the Ancient Enhancer.

Infernal Core

The Infernal Core is used for the Infernal Reaper. It looks like Enchanted Yellow Dye.

The Infernal Core adds 1.5 attack speed and +25% Fire Damage to the Infernal Reaper. It only works on the Infernal Reaper.

It also adds two abilities to it:

• Attack | Burn
  • Duration: 6
  • Mana Cost: 5
  • Cooldown: 20 Seconds
• Damaged | Burning Hands
  • Damage: 10
  • Mana Cost: 10
  • Cooldown: 30 Seconds

The other Infernal Core

The other Infernal Core is textured as a Enchanted Fire Charge and was used to craft the Gambit. It couldn't be applied to the Infernal Reaper. This variant was later removed, and the Infernal Core that looks like yellow dye was used to craft the Gambit instead.

Ancient Enhancer

The Ancient Enhancer is textured as an unenchanted Emerald, and it adds 10% extra PvP damage and 10% extra PvE damage. The Ancient Enhancer can be applied to the New Year's Eclipse, the Augmented Bow, and the Brave's Halberd.

Trivia

• The Ancient Enhancer should only work on the New Year's Eclipse. The fact that it can be applied to the Augmented Bow and the Brave's Halberd is an unintended bug turned feature.
